My loft is spacious and lovely with polished concrete floors, high ceilings, and brick wall accents. This urban nest is located right on the Monon Trail within walking distance to the Art District in Old Town Carmel, restaurants, and galleries. The management is nearly always available and very willing to make the extra effort for special customer service. I would recommend Old Town on the Monon to anyone looking for that small town atmosphere with a contemporary feel."

"We have lived in the loft apartments at Old Town on the Monon for approximately 10 months. We selected these apartments primarily due to location. It’s convenient to restaurants, shopping, the Monon trail for walking, and all the amenities that the quaint city of Carmel has to offer, especially the Main Street events during the summer.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quietness of the apartment building and extremely impressed with the great emphasis on maintenance, the cleanliness, and the friendly and responsive staff. Also, the exercise facility is very convenient with good equipment.

We would recommend Old Town on the Monon Apartments to anyone without hesitation. If we ever return to Carmel to live, we will definitely select this location again."

"I initially chose Old Town on the Monon because I loved the loft-style apartments and exposed brick, but two years later, I am still pleased I made this decision for many additional reasons. I love having such easy access to the Monon Trail. This is a great place for those who love to run, walk or bike on the Trail. I enjoy being within walking-distance of several great restaurants, an exceptional library, and other shops. The staff, especially the property manager, is incredibly professional, friendly and responsive to any concerns. I am very happy with my choice to live at Old Town on the Monon."
